You can create a profile under the My Account registry (by clicking the user icon at the top right of the page). Once logged in, you can update your silhouette profile with your height, chest, waist, and hips measurements. These will automatically save for all future orders.

Yes! When viewing a product inside the Store, select "Custom Measurements" from the size dropdown menu. We will request your silhouette data during checkout to draft a bespoke pattern.

Since every custom piece is handcrafted by master tailors at our Lagos workshop, commissions typically take 4 to 6 weeks from design sign-off to completion.

Yes. We accept client-provided materials for specific custom styling appointments. However, our creative directors must inspect the fabric to ensure it is of suitable quality and weight for the intended pattern.

Yes, we ship globally to over 150 countries via DHL Express. Typical shipping transit times are 3 to 5 business days for international orders, and 24 hours within Nigeria.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance duties and taxes depending on the destination country. These are paid directly by the client to the carrier upon arrival.

Due to the bespoke nature of our craftsmanship:

• • Ready-To-Wear catalog pieces: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided the tags are attached and the garment is unworn.
