By accessing or using the OZÉL website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. GENERAL USE

All content on this website including imagery, text, and branding is the property of OZÉL and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit of 60% is required to commence production on all custom orders, with the remaining 40% due upon completion and prior to delivery.
• Ready-to-wear purchases require full payment at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The confirmed price at the time of order will apply.

3. CUSTOM & BESPOKE ORDERS

• Custom garments are produced to your confirmed specifications.
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all measurements and details submitted. OZÉL is not liable for fitting issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.
• Where a virtual consultation has been conducted to assist with measurements, OZÉL will make reasonable adjustments if a fitting issue arises.

4. FITTINGS & ALTERATIONS

• In-studio fitting sessions are available by appointment in Lagos.
• Remote and international clients are accommodated via virtual consultations.
• If a completed garment does not fit as expected, OZÉL will carry out the necessary alterations at no additional charge, provided the issue is reported promptly.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Domestic deliveries within Nigeria are estimated at 2–3 business days from dispatch.
• International shipping is available; timelines and fees are confirmed at the time of order.
• OZÉL is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or external circumstances beyond our control.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within this period, subject to review and approval.
• Custom-made garments are non-refundable unless a verified manufacturing defect is present.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition to be eligible for return.

7. CLIENT-SUPPLIED FABRIC

• OZÉL accepts fabric provided by the client for custom orders.
• The client is responsible for ensuring the fabric is of adequate quantity and suitable quality.
• OZÉL is not liable for outcomes related to the condition or performance of client-supplied materials.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, OZÉL shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
