We accommodate virtual sessions. Simply book a private digital appointment on our Custom page, and one of our designers will guide you through capturing accurate sizing using standard clothing comparisons.

Our ready-made drops follow standard UK/US sizing guidelines: Small (chest 36–38"), Medium (chest 38–40"), Large (chest 40–42"), and Extra Large (chest 42–44"). Minor adjustments are available at our studio.

We utilize hand-loomed Yoruba Asò-òkè panels from Iseyin weavers, organic indigo resist-dyed Adirẹ cottons from Abeokuta dye pits, and premium sandwashed silk. These fabrics carry deep cultural heritage and structural weight.

We require a 60% deposit to commence fabric cutting and construction. The remaining 40% balance is due upon garment completion and inspection, prior to dispatch.

Yes, House of OZÉL accepts client-supplied fabrics for bespoke commissions. The client is responsible for sending adequate yardage, and the material must be approved by our design directors for compatibility.

All pieces dispatch from our creative workshop in Lagos. Domestic shipping within Nigeria takes 2–3 business days. International shipping via DHL takes 5–7 business days.

No, international shipments are subject to local import taxes and custom clearance charges at destination ports. These are the sole responsibility of the client.

Ready-to-wear items in original condition (unworn, unaltered, tags attached) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Custom-made bespoke garments are final sale and non-refundable unless a verified atelier defect is present.

We strive for perfection. If a custom-made piece has a fitting issue, OZÉL will carry out the necessary alterations free of charge, provided the issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
